Take Your Life Back From Rectocele -Naturally

I'm Rectocele

Hi, I’m rectocele.

I'm the pressure you feel in your pelvis - heavy, dragging, like your stool feels stuck between your rectum and vagina.

I show up when you're trying to enjoy a walk or fun day out. You squirm, shift, but nothing will make me go away.

I make bathroom trips long, frustrating, and incomplete. You sit and strain trying to go, but, you never feel quite "done".

I’m the reason you skip the gym after work, not because you don’t want to go, but, because you’re afraid you’ll feel uncomfortable during your workout.

I'm the one stealing joy out of new parents' precious first months with their new babies.

Instead of soaking it all in and enjoying the baby snuggles and milestones, you struggle silently, wondering what could possibly be wrong.

I even show up in the bedroom - taking one of the best parts of life and changing it from something you look forward to, to something you dread. Maybe, you even avoid it altogether.

Your doctor may have shrugged me off, saying "It's just part of having kids." or "It's just what happens when you get older."

I'm treated as "just an inconvenience".

I'm the reason you've had to change your entire routine.

I'm the reason you avoid things that bring you joy.

I'm Rectocele.

But, I don't have to win.

Right now you're probably wondering:

Rectocele is a condition in which weakened muscles in your pelvis cause your rectum to sag against your vaginal wall.

Your pelvic floor muscles typically keep your rectum and vagina in place, but, when your pelvic floor weakens, these organs can shift and even fall into each other.

There are a variety of factors that can cause people to develop rectocele including:

- Vaginal childbirth

- Aging and menopause

- Chronic straining or constipation

- Prior pelvic surgeries

- Vaginal Pressure

- Difficulty emptying bowels

- Feeling like your bowel movements are "incomplete"

- Pain or discomfort during sex

- Visible vaginal bulge (in more severe cases)

Rectocele is a lot more common than you might think.

It is estimated that 20-40% of adult women may have some degree of rectocele

Up to 50% of postmenopausal women show signs of rectocele during exams

5-10% of women experience noticeable symptoms that affect daily life

NeuEve is the first and only natural remedy that uses nutrients from every angle : orally, topically and vaginally, to solve your health issues.

NeuEve works by a new (but also very old) concept, through direct topical nourishment.

Our products nourish all of the tissues and glands in the pelvic area, which help restore all of its lost function.

These nutrients promote collagen and elastin production which restores suppleness and elasticity to the vaginal canal.

What Can I Do About Rectocele?

Let's Break Down Your Options:

  1. Estrogen
  2. Pessary
  3. Surgery
  4. NeuEve

Estrogen:

Estrogen is often recommended as a treatment for rectocele, particularly in people who have gone through menopause.

This is because after menopause, estrogen levels drop, which can cause these vaginal tissues to become thinner and weaker. Estrogen therapy is often recommended to help strengthen these tissues.

However, estrogen isn't the best option for everyone and has a lot of risks that outweigh the rewards.

A study from Harvard University provided evidence that estrogen directly causes breast cancer.

Estrogen also comes with a big price tag, averaging around $325 per month and can range between $100 and $550 a month depending on the type and dose used.

There are also some people who cannot safely take estrogen, such as breast cancer survivors and people who are taking certain medications.

Pessaries:

A pessary is a medical grade, silicone device placed in the vagina to support vaginal walls and pelvic organs.

For people with rectocele, it holds the vaginal wall in place and prevents or reduces the rectum's bulge into the vagina.

However, a pessary can cause additional problems for users such as irritation, bleeding or discomfort. It can also lead to infections such as bacterial vaginosis or UTI's.

In some cases, the pessary can shift and press on the urethra or rectum, causing urinary retention or worsening bowel symptoms.

Surgery:

Surgery as a treatment for rectocele is called posterior colphorrhapy.

This procedure strengthens the vaginal wall by folding the tissues of the posterior vaginal wall, which is intended to improve support for the rectum.

However, this surgery can come with a lot of risks such as pain, especially during sex, and scarring.

It can also be very expensive. Costs can range from $4,490 to $7,123 .

Additionally, surgery can be invasive and require a lot of recovery time.

For someone eager to bounce back into their active lifestyle again, this may not be the solution for them.

For All Ages:

You might be wondering "what does bone support have to do with rectocele?" It's a good question. They may seem like entirely separate systems.

But, osteoporosis can increase the risk of pelvic organ prolapse (pop), which includes rectocele.

Here's How:

1. Weakened Bones

Osteoporosis is a condition that makes your bones thinner and weaker. When this happens to the bones in your hips and lower back, they might not hold your pelvic organs up as well.

2. Weaker Muscles

The muscles in your lower belly, called the pelvic floor, help keep your pelvic organs in place. If your bones and muscles get weaker, its harder for your body to hold everything up, which can cause problems like rectocele.

3. Changes After Menopause

After menopause, women have less estrogen. As a result, this could make both bones and muscles weaker. This is why people who have gone through menopause are more likely to have issues with pelvic organs moving out of place.

4. More Risk of Falls

Weaker bones means a higher chance of falling and getting hurt. If a woman with osteoporosis falls, she could injure her lower body, which may make pelvic problems worse.

Conclusion:

While osteoporosis does not directly cause rectocele, it can make your bones and muscles weaker.

This can make it more likely for the organs like the bladder, uterus, rectum, or colon to move out of place.

People with pelvic organ prolapse (pop) may have weak bones and not even know it.

This is why taking the right supplements can help your bones grow stronger and stop osteoporosis from making things worse.

Dilation is a gentle stretching exercise using special tools called dilators. These tools help your vaginal muscles stretch and become more flexible. It’s similar to how someone might use exercise to rebuild muscles they haven’t used in a while.

Think of the vaginal muscles like a rubber band. When you stretch it and let it go, it snaps back to it's original shape. This ability to return to it's original shape is the elasticity.

As people go through menopause, their vaginal muscles can lose elasticity.

When the vaginal muscles get weaker, thinner, and less elastic, this is called atrophy.

Atrophy can cause pelvic organ prolapse or (pop), which includes rectocele.

To reduce atrophy, you need exercise, which is where dilators come in.

While NeuEve provides nutrients to promote tissue growth, dilation exercises physically stretch the tissue.

How To Do Dilation Exercises:

  1. Start Small: It may be tempting to use a larger one to try to heal faster, however, this is counterproductive. Much like using weights that are too heavy during exercise, using too large a dilator can cause injury.
  2. Use a lubricant: Apply a lubricant to your dilator and your vaginal opening
  3. Insert Gently: Lie down in a comfortable position and slowly insert the dilator
  4. Hold: Keep in place for 20 minutes
  5. Repeat: Do this twice a day. Once in the morning once in the evening
  6. Progress Gradually: After a week, if you’re comfortable, move on to the next size up. Continue this process until you are able to use the largest size comfortably
  7. Pee After Dilating: Much like sex, it’s important to pee after dilating. This flushes out any bacteria and prevents urinary tract infections (UTI’s)

Our Story

As a kid, my mom was an OB-GYN, and my dad was a scientist. I admired them.

I became an OBGYN and scientist to bring people happiness and help people too.

When I turned 50, 3 husbands in my community abandoned their families.

Saying “all men are dogs” felt good but didn’t solve the root of the problem.

Suddenly I had an idea! A new product for women's sexual health.

Excited, I pitched it to my employer at the time: a Big Pharma company.

They laughed at me and dismissed my idea. I felt embarrassed.

I quit my job to prove them wrong.

I made different formulas and tested them on myself. Like the first airplanes, most of them crashed and burned me.

After each failure I learned and the formula improved.

I believe that all of the pain was worth it because we have now helped over 200,000 women to save their intimate life
