Customer Service Agent - Non-Medical (part-time, remote)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a worker to spend about two hours per weekday to help our customers by answering their non-medical questions. Success means helping our customers while protecting our company. You would have a huge impact on your customers' lives, and you would have lots of potential for growth in responsibilities.

Reports To:

The Customer Service Agent - Medical / Scientific will report to cofounder Kevin Tao

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Helping Take Customer's Patient History and Pass it to Dr. Chang or other Medical Customer Service People
  • Answering Customers' Non-Medical Questions on Email and in our Facebook Group
  • Canceling orders
  • Changing addresses
  • Handling chargebacks


- Strong English Skills
- Kind personality, but firm
- Ability to learn and grow

Computer, cell phone and internet connection

Potential for Growth and Other Benefits:

This job is as an independent contractor. You are going to start with a 3 month probation period. Depending on your performance, responsibilities will increase.
