Instructions
Start with 1–3 packs of AV Clear (AV NIL) to clear Aerobic Vaginitis.
For the first 9 days, use two packs (each has 3 suppositories); insert one suppository daily.
Even if symptoms improve early (by day 3–4), continue until all 6 suppositories are used.
If by day 10 your AV is cleared (≈90% chance), switch to maintenance mode.
If not cleared by day 10 (≈10% chance), continue AV NIL until symptoms resolve (usually 3 packs, sometimes 5–6).
On non-treatment days, insert one vaginal probiotic capsule to restore healthy flora.
After AV NIL, take a 2-day break before starting maintenance.

If you use a probiotic capsule at the same time as a NeuEve AV Clear suppository, it may dilute or interfere with the latter, rendering it less effective. Thus, we do not recommend that you use a vaginal probiotic insert while you are using a NeuEve AV Clear suppository for clearing AV at the same time.
However, after your AV is cleared and you have switched to the maintenance phase, inserting a probiotic capsule once daily between the dates of the maintenance NeuEve suppository applications will have reduced interference, maximizing the effect.

How do I know If it's Aerobic Vaginitis (AV)?
Aerobic Vaginitis (AV) can feel a lot like BV or yeast, but it’s not the same. If you notice burning, yellow discharge, soreness, pain with intimacy, or a raw feeling, it could be AV. It usually doesn’t have a fishy odor (like BV) or thick white discharge (like yeast).
The best way to know for sure is through a lab test. A vaginal swab that checks for aerobic bacteria — such as a Juno test — can confirm if AV is the real cause.
Many women discover they have AV only after months of BV or yeast treatments that never worked. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone — and now you know what to look for
How long until I notice improvement?
Most women start to feel relief from burning, irritation, or discharge within 3–4 days of using AV Clear.
