The 2020 ACOG Committee Opinion concluded that patients should be made aware vaginal rejuvenation surgeries are "not medically indicated, pose substantial risk, and their safety and effectiveness have not been established."
The current owner of ThermiHealth , Almirall, is a European pharmaceutical company that does animal testing.
As of April 5th, 2019, Almirall is in the process of selling Thermigen to Celling Biosciences.
