Instructions
Start with 1–3 packs of AV Clear (AV NIL) to clear Aerobic Vaginitis.
For the first 6 days, use two packs (each has 3 suppositories); insert one suppository daily.
Even if symptoms improve early (by day 3–4), continue until all 6 suppositories are used.
If by day 7 your AV is cleared (≈90% chance), switch to maintenance mode.
If not cleared by day 7 (≈10% chance), continue AV NIL until symptoms resolve (usually 3 packs, sometimes 5–6).
On non-treatment days, insert one vaginal probiotic capsule to restore healthy flora.
After AV NIL, take a 2-day break before starting maintenance.

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Empty the bladder
2. Wash with soap and water.
3. Gently apply a tiny amount of the salve with a finger to the vulvar once daily at bedtime. To start, apply a 1/4 of a dime size. If no irritation, gradually increase the amount but not exceed a dime size.
